Hey, I’m Araina Artis Linton, LMT

and I know all about what you’re going through.
In case we’ve never met before, let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I’m a New York state-licensed massage therapist with a decade of experience, a Certified BodyMind Coach, and I’m a native New Yorker.
I founded Massage Artistry because I want to show people that “toughing it out” isn’t the only way to deal with pain. So I help heal, educate, and coach you to implement healthier coping techniques because toughing it out leads to burnout.
And when you’ve found a career that you love, pain and stress should not distract you from your purpose.
I’m here to help you keep doing what you love.
Now, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals relieve stress and pain to help create a work-life balance that they’re proud of, without all the typical crap that comes along with doing the work they love and living their lives.
Credentials
I studied at Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City and graduated in 2010. Over the years I have had advanced training in Medical Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, chair massage, Swedish, sports massage, and deep-tissue. All of which allows me to create safe and therapeutic massage sessions for you.
But listen, I’m anything but a “normal massage therapist.”
Of course, the massage sessions are customized to assist with the release of the physical presence of your pain and stress in your body. However, where my approach differs is in the way I also guide you as you explore self-care techniques that resonate with you and help you create a personalized self-care plan that will help you navigate life’s ups and downs.
